By registering, enrolling in tournaments, or using any service offered by National Padel League ("NPL"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our services.

NPL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

2. Description of Services

National Padel League is an organization that manages, coordinates, and promotes padel tournaments. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Organization and administration of padel tournaments across different categories and levels.

• Player registration management.

• Communication of schedules, results, and tournament modifications.

• Distribution of relevant information about events, promotions, and league news.

 

3. Registration and Enrollment

3.1 Requirements

To register for NPL tournaments, users must:

• Be of legal age or have authorization from a legal guardian.

• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

• Meet the category and skill level requirements established for each tournament.

 

3.2 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported to NPL immediately.

 

4. Communications

By registering, users consent to receiving communications from NPL related to:

• Reminders about upcoming tournaments for which the player qualifies based on their category.

• Notifications about schedule changes, court assignments, times, or other tournament conditions.

• Promotions for new registrations and special offers for members.

• General league information, results, and news.

Users may manage their communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message received or by contacting NPL directly.

 

5. Cancellations and Modifications

NPL reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tournaments due to force majeure, weather conditions, insufficient participant numbers, or other operational reasons. In such cases, NPL will notify registered participants as early as possible.

Refund policies for registration cancellations will be communicated at the time of each registration and may vary by tournament.

 

6. Participant Conduct

All participants in NPL events agree to:

• Respect fellow players, referees, organizers, and spectators.

• Comply with the rules of padel and the internal regulations of each tournament.

• Refrain from unsportsmanlike, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct during events.

NPL reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or ban any player who violates these rules, without entitlement to a refund.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

National Padel League is not responsible for:

• Physical injuries occurring during padel practice or at sports facilities, as these are the responsibility of the participant and/or the venue.

• Loss or damage of personal belongings during events.

• Service interruptions due to causes beyond NPL's control, including third-party technology failures.

All participants are strongly encouraged to maintain appropriate medical and sports insurance coverage.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by NPL, including logos, brand name, photographs, designs, communications, and tournament materials, is the exclusive property of National Padel League and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without express written authorization is prohibited.

 

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By accepting these Terms, you also accept that policy.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where National Padel League operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
